What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and message, plus company, project type, and budget range if you choose to share them. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. It is delivered to our inbox ([email protected]) and is not added to any marketing list.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_<id>) that hold a randomly generated client ID so returning visits can be counted as one visitor. They last up to two years, and the data is processed by Google in the United States. Nothing you type into a tool — no file, filename, URL, token, or input of any kind — is ever included in what we send to Analytics.

You can block analytics with your browser's tracking protection, an extension, or by clearing cookies for this site; nothing on this site depends on it.

Our free tools

Almost every tool on this site processes your data entirely in your browser, and that data is never uploaded: Split PDF, Merge PDF, Optimize PDF, Image Compressor, Code Screenshot, QR Code Generator, Base64 Encoder & Decoder, JWT Decoder, Regex Tester, Cron Expression Editor, Color Contrast Checker, CSS Box Shadow Generator, Markdown to Word (whose converter also makes no network requests at all unless you switch on "Fetch remote images", which then loads each image from the host that serves it), File Drop (which sends peer-to-peer between your own devices), and everything in JSON Craft except the one feature named below.

Two features are exceptions because they need server-side processing. The Markdown-to-PDF converter sends your document to our server to render the PDF. JSON Craft's optional "Fix with AI" button sends the JSON you submit to DeepSeek, a third-party AI provider, and only when you click it. In both cases your content is transmitted over HTTPS, processed in memory to return your result, and not stored afterward — but it does leave your device, so don't use the AI repair on credentials, tokens, or personal data.

Four tools save your last input to your browser's local storage so a refresh doesn't lose your work: the QR Code Generator (which includes Wi-Fi passwords and vCard contact details), Code Screenshot (your source code), Markdown to PDF (your document), and Markdown to Word (your document). This stays on your device and is never transmitted, but it does persist until cleared — each of those tools has a control that clears it, labelled "Clear saved input" on the first three and "Clear" above the editor in Markdown to Word, and clearing your browser's site data removes it too. Worth doing if you're on a shared computer.

The AI repair endpoint records the requesting IP address transiently, in memory only, to enforce its rate limit. It is not logged or persisted, and your JSON is never written to our logs.

How we use your information

We use contact-form submissions to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We sign NDAs on request before discussing confidential project details.

Data retention and your rights

We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will action it promptly.

Third-party services

This site relies on three third parties: Google Analytics for aggregate usage statistics, DeepSeek for JSON Craft's optional AI repair (and only when you click that button), and email delivery infrastructure to route contact-form messages. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. You can block analytics with standard browser tools without affecting your use of this site or its tools.
