Problem
Landlords and real estate investors struggle to manage properties, track cash flow, monitor deadlines, and handle documents across multiple tools. Spreadsheets break down at scale and generic tools don't understand real estate.
What we built
A multi-tenant AI-powered SaaS platform that gives landlords and investors a single place to manage their entire portfolio. The platform includes AI-powered document analysis that reads lease agreements and extracts key dates and terms automatically, cash flow tracking, expense management, deadline reminders, and a custom document parser built from scratch. Users connect their bank accounts via Plaid integration for automated financial tracking. Stripe handles subscription billing across multiple tiers.

A Chrome extension for looping and practicing YouTube sections
Problem
Musicians, dancers, and learners who use YouTube to practice need to loop specific sections of videos repeatedly. YouTube's native controls don't support section-level looping, saved loops, or quick section jumping.
What we built
A Chrome extension that lets users loop and save their favorite video sections with one click. Users can mark custom loop points, save songs with sections, and instantly jump back to practice points. Built with React and Chrome Extension APIs, it has grown its user base organically.
